Thank you for choosing BODYKOVEN.

Each garment is produced with deliberate craftsmanship and uncompromising attention to detail. We operate on a limited pre-order production model to ensure quality, exclusivity, and controlled output.

We do not operate on fast-fashion timelines.

If you require immediate shipment, we kindly suggest waiting for ready-to-ship releases.


PRODUCTION WINDOW

All orders require 2–4 weeks for production and fulfillment.

This timeframe includes:

  • Garment production

  • Quality control inspection

  • Finishing & packaging

  • Dispatch preparation

Tracking information will be issued within 3 weeks of purchase at the latest.

Processing timelines exclude weekends and holidays.

During peak periods — including holiday seasons, limited drops, and promotional releases — fulfillment may extend by an additional 1–2 weeks due to production volume.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Once tracking has been issued, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Transit times vary depending on:

  • Destination

  • Carrier operations

  • Seasonal demand

  • Weather conditions

Upon transfer to the shipping carrier, delivery speed is no longer within our control.


CARRIER LIABILITY

Once your order has been dispatched and accepted by the carrier, BODYKOVEN is no longer liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Delivery errors

  • Damage incurred in transit

Should an issue arise after shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim.


TRACKING ASSISTANCE

If you have not received tracking by the 14th business day, please contact our support team so we may review your order status.

If you cannot locate your shipping confirmation:

  • Check spam or junk folders

  • Verify the email entered at checkout

  • Contact us for assistance

Tracking updates are automatically sent to the email and/or phone number provided at purchase.


ADDRESS POLICY

Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all details are correct at checkout. We ship exclusively to the address submitted at time of purchase.


RETURN TO SENDER

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed shipment

The order will be held for 7 calendar days pending reshipment confirmation.

Reshipment requires:

  • Updated verified address

  • Payment of applicable shipping fees

If no response is received within 7 days:

  • The order will be canceled

  • A store credit will be issued

  • Original shipping fees remain non-refundable

No exceptions.
